Each salt and pepper set is stamped with hallmarks representing the workshop, the company, the tin content of the alloy and the region of Italy where the pieces are made.

All match pewter can be hand washed in warm water with a liquid dish soap. Be sure to dry the pewter completely, as water allowed to dry on pewter may cause spots. Some items, such as Flatware and Dinnerware can be machine washed using a liquid dishwasher soap, on the lowest heat setting, for both the washing and drying cycles.
