End of Summer

Although the temperatures still feel like summer, we can sense Fall approaching. A little wind, less humidity and a reprieve from the harshness of the summer light. If you are like me, I want it to be warm all year long and have the children home. I just want all of this to happen in the Fall.

I love autumn colors and it is the season that I associate the most with a fresh start. New opportunities to do better, improve your home and prepare for something magical: the holiday season. I also love football. With one child at Alabama, another at Tennessee and one playing in high school, I just can’t get enough. We just dropped off the last one yesterday so summer is over.

Dropping the girls is different that our son. We always go do some back-to-school clothes shopping at Zest and apartment accents from Crème de la Crème. While they are looking at wall décor, throws and pillows. I like to get a new notebook or tablecloth to inspire ideas or a dinner with friends.

In Crème de la Crème, we also love the change. Change in colors and merchandise that our customers enjoy. We are approaching the gifting season but also refreshing organizing and decorating. From a whole refresh to just a few accents. We hope to see you soon.
